Afzal and Munni Subhani are both shagird (disciples) of the King of ghazals Ustad Mehdi Hassan. Not only do they love to sing ghazals , but are also versatile in singing old classic hit songs as well as the fast paced vibrant songs of the present time.  Munni also has a passion for khatak dance and is an accomplished dancer whose guru is shri pratab pawar.
